Ending on a high note, this year’s Kastoria International Fur Fair (KIFF) drew to a close last week. Organized by Kastorian Fur Association (KFA), the 2023 KIFF took place from 27 to 29 April at the Kastoria International Exhibition Center, the largest and most contemporary certified exhibition center in the Balkans.
A total of 85 exhibitors from Greece, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Croatia, and Finland had the opportunity to present their new collections.
A staggering number of trade show visitors from all over the globe attended. More specifically, visitors came from Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, China, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, and the USA. Trade visitors browsed the exhibitors' stands, where they could admire fur coats, fur accessories, bags, leather goods and fur pelts.
The Kastoria International Exhibition Center was once again transformed into an international crossroads of business activity, making its mark as a stable hub of growth. According to official figures, many deals were made among the trade visitors and entrepreneurs at the 48th KIFF.
A spectacular fashion gala, inside the International Exhibition Center was also organized by the by KFA on Thursday, April 27 with the participation of 12 fur companies, which presented their unique creations. A cocktail party followed, in honor of the exhibitors and trade visitors.
The 48th KIFF was co-organized by the Kastorian Fur Association, TIF - HELEXPO, the Hellenic Republic Region of Western Macedonia, the Regional Unit of Kastoria and the Municipality of Kastoria, while the Grand Sponsor was SAGA FURS Auction House.
